The Littleton Police Honor Guard Unit is formed by officers of the Littleton Police Department who volunteer their time representing the Police Department and the Town of Littleton during parades, public and political events, police retirements and police or military funerals.

The unit consists of two riflemen and three or four flag bearers, depending on the type of detail. The four flags that are proudly displayed are the American flag, the New Hampshire State flag, the National Police Officers Memorial flag and the Littleton Police Department logo flag.

The dress uniform, or (Class A) uniform as it is known throughout the police and military community, is worn out of respect for the fallen police or military members who lost their lives in the line of duty and also represents the high standard in which the Honor Guard Unit prides itself.
