We would like to thank
our participants and contributors for your assistance in making our 5th Annual
Halloween Festival such a HUGE success!! A special thank you to
all who volunteered...the success of this event is due largely to the time,
effort and hard work you contributed and we appreciate it.

In case you haven't heard...we've
introduced a new initiative called the Park Card Program which can be used in
conjunction with our new parking meters. They're fast, easy and

The VIPS Program has started
their Good Morning Program. This program is designed for senior citizens
